Fred and Linda Finke - North Country Quarter Horses

Abby is our oldest daughter of Frenchmans Fast Cash. She is a tremendous producer. Her foals have topped our sale twice. She's got speed, agility, conformation, and the looks to go along with it.

Alice is a full sister to "Fancy" and is a very gentle, sweet mare. Her grand dam Cuervo Verde Smokin was Fred's favorite mare. She crosses very well with KT A Dashing Gent (aka: Jack)

BELLE is one of our biggest mares and is becoming one of our very best producers. She has a very good wither, powerful shoulder and hip, and a very long stride. She is really crossing well with "JACK", our Streak of Fling son.

BILLIE JEAN is another daughter of the great Hancock Silver King. She is a very well made mare with good foot and bone, good wither, and a very powerful hip. She is very friendly and loves to be scratched. Her siblings have grown up to be great horses, good using geldings, and another brother is standing at stud in Washington State.

Daisy is a mare that was born at North Country Quarter Horses. She is a black beauty with very little white. She has Reminic on the top side and Gumbo Roany on her bottom side.

Duchess is one of the prettiest horses that we have raised and kept for our own. She is a knockout buckskin with good looks and great conformation. She is usually the first mare to foal and throws her good looks every time. She has Sun Frost on the top and Hancock on the bottom.

Fancy is a stunning grey daughter of the great Kay Cross Cajun. Her dam comes from a long line of great mares and Hancock Silver King was a long time producer of gentle ranch horses and broodmares.

Fiesty is a beautiful roan mare and comes from the Bob and Claire Lee program in Nebraska. She is one of the few purchased mares in our program. She has proven foundation genetics, and has been a great addition to our herd.

HONEY is a gorgeous daughter of Kay Cross Cajun out of a beautiful Watch Joe Gamble mare. She is very balanced, feminine, and has good foot and bone. She is really crossing well with KT A DASHING GENT.

Another beautiful daughter of Kay Cross Cajun, June Bug is very friendly and love attention. She is a 3/4 sibling to Grace's solid gelding "Crescent". She has been producing foals sired but SR Kinenos Badger (aka "Stetson")

Petunia, oh Petunia! She is our funniest mare. She absolutely loves pestering our dog while he sits and guards the quad from horses. She is a mare with Hancock on her topside and is a daughter of our previous stallion, Hancock Silver King. She resembles her dad almost to the "T". Sometimes we really have to look to make sure that the body we see out in big mare group is really Petunia.

DESCRIPTION TO COME

Xena is a big, bay mare raised by Bob and Claire Lee in Nebraska. Bob says that this mare is from his number one line of mares. She is a young mare, but has produced very good looking stud colts.
