Once again, this year, we are leading off our sale offering with a beautiful filly out of this mare. LF BLACK PEARL really is a good example of our program. She has a good head, nice top line, and a huge hip. She has good dark feet, and a lot of bone. She has speed on her pedigree along with some great foundation bloodlines. Her mother is very friendly and a good producer. That is why her foals are always high in the sale order. Black In Da Cash always sires pretty daughters and “Pearl’ is as pretty as they come. She will make a great rope horse and ranch horse that will go all day.

This is a rock solid colt out of a beautiful daughter of Kay Cross Cajun. This mare produced a full brother that topped our sale. The cross between A Streak of Fling and Frenchmans Guy has been doing well in the roping world. This colt is a great prospect for roping or for barrel racing. We have a full sister in our broodmare band. She is absolutely gorgeous and is fun to ride. LF THE CAJUN GENT’s dam traces to Sun Frost twice.

Take a look: here is a blue roan colt that is a traffic stopper. He is very balanced, deep cinching, with a great head and a big round hip. His pedigree combines the speed and performance of Black In Da Cash with the power of dam’ foundation pedigree. His mother is a young man that really produces. This colt is curious and friendly and has a soft eye. He will mature at around 15 H H. He should be a great prospect for the arena and earn his keep on the ranch. We are very proud of LF SPUDS MCKENZIE.

Here is a good looking bay roan colt out of a great mare. He is balanced, deep cinching, and has a lot of muscle. He has a great pedigree with A streak Of Fling, Dash To Fame, and Frenchmens Guy on his papers. LF HYPERSMOOTH is a great prospect for barrel racing or roping. He is smart, friendly, and has a soft kind eye. His dam is one of the best mares we have ever own. She has topped our sale three separate years. This colt could be number four. Last year's colt went to Tenley Epperson out of Billings. Blace Martin, of Wyoming, is roping on a 4-year-old colt out of this mare. She crosses well with KT A Dashing Gent.

SHE'S A BIT OF A HANDFUL
She may be a bit of a handful, but she looks like 8 pounds of sugar in a 5 pound sack. LF SHEZABITOFAHNDFUL is very well made, and seriously, one of our gentlest foals. She was the first one we could pet this year. Her mother is a great daughter of Kay Cross Cajun and traces to Mr Gunsmoke on the bottom side. With Black In Da Cash as a sire, this filly is a great prospect. Her mother has produced a 2-year-old gelding “Henry,” that her Kansas owners just love. She will work in the arena or on the ranch.

This fella is our biggest colt this year and he is one of the best. Black In Da Cash is producing some nice rope horses and this colt could be a good head horse. His mother is a 16 HH tank that we call Petunia. She has a great foundation pedigree. She has Blue Valentine and Driftwood Ike on her papers and traces back to Leo and Silver King by Old Sorrel. At one time, she had four full brothers that were herd stallions. He is a stud prospect himself. He is very correct and is a good mover. He will mature at least
15 3 HH. If you need a bigger horse with some speed on your ranch, LF MONTANA POWER is the ticket.

Here is a very nice prospect out of a Frenchmans Guy granddaughter. This mare crosses very well with our junior sire, KT A Dashing Gent. This colt has a lot of bone and size, and that gorgeous red color! He should mature at least 15 2 HH. LF GENT TO THE MAX is a good prospect for roping or barrels. Trevin Martin of Montana has a full sister that he bought for barrel racing. We have the oldest sister in our broodmare band. She is very smart and athletic and has a lot of feel. This colt should really move with A Streak Of Fling, A Famous Lady (DTF) and Frenchmans Guy on his papers. (Papers say gelding, but he is a stallion.)

This year we were blessed with 5 black foals, and believe me, they can be hard to tell apart. But LF KITTY CARLISLE is the biggest one, so she stands out. She is a shapey, smooth moving daughter of Black In Da Cash, out of a really good daughter of Roany Gumbo Dancer. At one time, we had 4 mares by “Gumbo,” and they were really good. This is our last one, and she makes nice babies. This filly will be around 15 3 HH at maturity, and ready to go to work. She is a mare that will cover a lot of ground and be fun to ride.

LF PEANUT BUTTER BOX is a colt that will really catch your eye. A palomino with dapples stands out in a crowd. He has a nice head, a kind eye and a lot of muscle. He is another good looking son of Black In Da Cash. His mother is one of our favorite mares. She traces back to FrenchmAns Guy and King P-234. We kept last year's filly for ourselves. Colby Gines and family (Cody, WY) have a full brother that they really like as a rope horse. This is one of our best crosses. We think you will like him, too.

As you can see, here is a beautiful daughter of KT A Dashing gent out of A speed bred mare. This filly has some size along with a keen, long legs and and a huge hip. If you are looking for a barreI horse prospect, this one might just suit you. Her sire combines two legends and racing- -A Streak Of Fling and A Famous Lady; and her dam traces back to Easy Jet. Her mother is a full sister to Tenley Epperson’s barrel horse mare “Missy.” LF BIG BROWN BEAUTY is curious and has a very soft eye. Her dam has produced a rope horse that went to Wyoming and also a replacement filly for our broodmare band.
She should mature around 15 2 to 15 3 HH.

This guy is one of my favorites. The first weekend he was born, he ran around and put on a show for me. He's not the friendliest colt, but he is a bit of a ham. He is a dead ringer for his sire, Black In Da Cash. His mother has a lot of cowhorse genetics in her pedigree. Her brother is “Lincoln,” the good head horse that is owned by Nevada Berquist. This colt won't be very big, but he is a nice prospect for the arena or for the ranch. His papers say he is a gelding, but he is a still a stallion.

Here is a nice colt of “Jack” out of a gorgeous first time mama. This colt has a lot of leg and can really cover the ground. KT A Dashing Gent is really stamping his colts with muscle, long legs, and a strong hip. We really like how “Jack” has been crossing on these Frenchmans Guy mares. All of the colts have been very athletic. His dam is a mare that everyone notices. She has a lot of size and eye appeal. Kay Cross Cajun daughters are becoming really great brood mares. This mare is a 3/4 sister to Grace's good gelding, “Crescent.” He was one of the best ranch horses we've ever had. LF IMA DASHIN BUGGER should grow up to be a nice gelding.

Here is another son of Black in Da Cash. He should be a good solid rope prospect. He is a 7/8 brother to our “LF Spuds MacKenzie” colt that sells earlier in this sale. He should grow to be a little taller but he doesn't have that fancy roan color. His mother is a very young mare but is doing a nice job for her first time. This colt is a little standoffish, like his mama-but he is pretty smart. He should mature at 15 to 15 3HH. LF DOYLE LONIGAN will be a looker when he grows up.

This filly is a very feminine daughter of KT A Dashing Gent.
LF RED ROBIN is a beautiful sorrel with a little bit of chrome. Her mother is a Dash For Perks and Doc O Dynamite bred mare, so this filly has a performance pedigree. She can really scoot around the pasture and then slide to a stop. She is a little standoffish, but she likes to play. She should mature right at 15 HH.

It is our pleasure to offer this beautiful black mare for sale. She is very feminine, with a keen head, nice wither, and a powerful hip. She is a good mama, and her foals are very athletic. Her pedigree is a nice blend of speed and cow horse genetics. It is hard to find a mare offered for sale that has both Dash For Cash and Doc O Lena on her papers. Note that she is a half sister to our stud Black In The Cash. She sells pasture exposed to KT A Dashing Gent.
Add a short description.

(MARE ONLY)
We are offering a heavy-made bay roan mare that we call Rosie. She is a mare that we really like, but she is at the age where we offer our mares for sale. She may need a little extra care, but she can raise some good colts for a few more years. She is easy to catch and loves to be scratched. Her foals are curious, correct, and easy to train. Her pedigree is a blend of cowhorse and foundation genetics. Snip of Colonel was Don Nelson's great stallion for many years. This mare resembles her sire, Doctor Roan Dude, that we had for many years. She is a half sister to Nevada Berquist’s head horse “Lincoln” that we raised. She sells pasture exposed to Black In Da Cash.
